We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition;
  • Unused;
  • And in the same packaging as received. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, use a box similar to the original or up to 108 inches.

Non-Refundable Items

We have specific guidelines regarding items that cannot be accepted for returns:

  • Used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear;
  • Clearance Items or Items purchased as final sale;
  • Incorrect size, color, quantity orders;
  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized items;
  • Items specifically marked as Non-Returnable;
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, such as "4 for $30."

Return Process

  • To be eligible for a refund, please initiate the return process within 12 days of receiving your item. Any return requests made after this period will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be declined.
  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at hello@ourkitchenware.com, providing your order number and stating the reason for the return. You can find the order number in your order confirmation email.
  • After your return request is accepted, our customer support team will guide you through the return process. They will issue a return authorization and provide instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us securely.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit is essential. Proper packaging will help ensure that the returned item reaches us in good condition.
  • The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount may vary depending on the location of the return, size, and weight of the item.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within ten business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us.
  • If you prefer an exchange, you would need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will gladly ship the requested replacement item to you, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If you discover the item is defective or damaged or received the wrong item, don’t worry; contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
