Free Shipping

  • The free shipping policy applies to all shipping destinations within our specified delivery zones.
  • There are no hidden fees or additional charges associated with our free shipping service.
  • Please note that import duties and other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Placing an order

  • All customers will be charged at the time of purchase in USD (United States Dollars), the default currency on our website. If you choose to pay in your local currency, your home bank will handle the currency conversion. They will convert the amount from USD to your local currency for the transaction.
  • Purchases made after 11:45 am Central Standard Time will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. It will start with # followed by a series of numbers.
  • The order processing time may require two business days to complete. This includes thorough checking, packing, and arranging shipment via air freight for delivery. Once these procedures are finalized, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • If you're having trouble finding your order number or tracking number , don't worry! You can easily reach us at hello@ourkitchenware.com, and our dedicated team will be happy to assist you. We recommend checking your spam folder as well. However, if you still can't locate it, just let us know, and we'll be more than happy to help you out!

    Order Cancellation and Change Request
  •  We request that any changes or cancellations to your order, such as modifications to quantity, color, size, or shipping address information, must be received within 3 hours following the purchase. Please bear in mind that the 3-hour notice period is essential for us to make timely adjustments and ensure that your order is processed accurately according to your preferences.
  • After this 3-hour window, we regret to inform you that we can no longer accept any requests for modifications or cancellations. Once our warehouse team has initiated the packaging process for your order, we cannot change the shipping information.

Shipping Methods

  • The shipping method for your order may vary depending on destination, size, and package weight.
  • When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. This is because our warehouses are located in different locations, and product availability varies. As a result, you may receive one item before the next, but rest assured, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries within our specified delivery zones.
  • Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list at the moment: Afghanistan, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Delivery Timeframes

  • All orders with in-stock items take up to 2 business days to process and generally take 10-15 business days for delivery within the USA.
  • The estimated delivery timeframe is subject to the processing time, shipping method, destination of the package, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.
  • Due to global logistical delays, shipping carriers can no longer guarantee transit times. While we estimate timely delivery, it's not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

  • In certain situations, deliveries may experience delays beyond the expected timeframe.
